TCASD Celebrating International Women’s Week

March 8th, 2011 by TCASD

International Women’s Day (8 March) is a global day for celebrating the economic, political and social achievements of past, present and future and to inspire all the women. It is evident that an increase in women’s participation and access to leadership roles and opportunities over the years has certainly made women and girls to thrive, reach their full potential and fulfill their dreams. It is important to recognize and honour all those who stand out and motivate others.

TCASD joins Women’s Multicultural Resource and Counselling Centre of Durham to celebrate this special day. TCASD Women’s Wing offers services to empower, educate, and provides opportunities and assistance to become leaders and bring out each and every woman’s talent to surface. We also want to celebrate the success and achievement of all the women in our organization.
